• Mazzoni, the world leader in soap & glycerine processing plants and soap finishing lines, with more than 2.500 units installed all over the world. Mazzoni was founded in 1947 and merged into Ballestra in 2017.

• Buss ChemTech AG, based in Pratteln, Switzerland, a world leader in the supply of technologies and process plants for gas-liquid reactions using the patented BUSS LOOP® reactor. Buss is a reputable supplier of technologies and plants for the fluorine industry and phosgene production and usage. Buss ChemTech AG joined the Ballestra group in 2021
• Ballestra Engineering and Projects Limited (BEPL), based in Bangalore, India, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ballestra, supports the group activities regarding detail engineering, procurement and site technical assistance worldwide. The company, established in 2022, also supports sales and marketing activities in the Indian subcontinent.
