Sarp's activities are divided into two main production sectors:

Pasta machines:

Fresh pasta production (short, long, and stuffed) with capacities ranging from 100 to 2,000 kg/h.
Dry pasta lines (short, long, nests) with capacities ranging from 100 to 600 kg/h.
Solutions for precooked, frozen pasta and ready meals, as well as specific lines for gnocchi.
Food thermal processing systems:

Freezing of products such as ready meals, fish, pastries, and ice cream.
Cooling of juices, vegetable purees, ready meals, and baked goods.
Pasteurization and proofing to ensure optimal quality and preservation for various types of food products.
